When you connect your Google account, you authorize Satiaphic to access your Google Business Profile data (business information and customer reviews) in read-only mode. We do not modify, delete, or post content to your Google Business Profile.
You may disconnect your Google account at any time through your Satiaphic settings. Disconnecting stops future data syncing. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion after disconnection.
Your use of Google account data through Satiaphic is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Prices may not include taxes. You're responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with the service within the first 14 days, contact us at support@satiaphic.com and we'll work something out.
New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. During the trial:
One trial per business. We reserve the right to limit trial eligibility to prevent abuse.
Enterprise customers may have separate agreements that supersede these terms. If you have a signed enterprise agreement with Satiaphic, that agreement governs your use of the Service.
Satiaphic, including all code, design, features, and content we create, is our intellectual property (or our licensors'). You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform.
You own your content—your business data, customer feedback you collect, and any content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
If you give us feedback about the product, we can use it to improve the Service without compensation or attribution.
We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. We may:

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If we can't resolve it, disputes will be handled in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
